Declaration regarding the duty to provide information
The protection of your personal data is of particular importance to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the applicable legal provisions (General Data Protection Regulation/GDPR, Telecommunications Act/TKG 2003). In this privacy policy, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing on our website. When you visit our website, your IP address, the start and end of your session are recorded for the duration of that session. This is technically necessary and therefore constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Unless otherwise stated below, we will not process this data further.
Contact us
When you contact us via the form on our website or by email, the data you provide will be stored by us for six months for the purpose of processing your request and in case of follow-up questions. We will not share this data without your consent.
Data storage
For the purpose of contract processing, we store the following data: project details; customer data (address, contact details, contact persons). The data you provide is necessary for the fulfillment of the contract or for carrying out pre-contractual measures. Without this data, we cannot conclude contracts with you. Data will not be transferred to third parties, with the exception of the transfer of bank details to the processing banks/payment service providers for the purpose of processing your payments, to the transport/shipping company commissioned by us for the possible delivery of goods, and to our tax advisor for the fulfillment of our tax obligations.
If the purchase process is cancelled, the data stored by us will be deleted. In the event of a contract being concluded, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiry of the statutory retention period for tax purposes (7 years).
The data (name, address, purchased services and goods, and date of purchase) will be stored for an additional 10 years. Data processing is based on the legal provisions of Section 96 (3) of the German Telecommunications Act (TKG) and Article 6 (1) a (consent) and/or Article 6 (1) b (necessary for the performance of a contract) of the GDPR.
