All prices shown are in EUR and include VAT (shown separately at checkout). For orders shipped outside the EU, any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
All payments are processed securely. Your order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation or shipping confirmation email from us an automatic receipt email is not a confirmation of acceptance.
Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
If you are not satisfied with your order, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, in accordance with Austrian consumer law (§ 11 Abs. 1 FAGG).

Conditions for a full refund
To receive a full refund, returned items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and unused

In their original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging included
You may inspect the item as you would in a physical store, but items that show signs of wear or are missing tags/packaging may have the refund reduced or refused.
How to return an item

Email us at office@outryght.com within 14 days of receiving your order to let us know you'd like to return it.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue your refund within 21 business days, provided you have supplied your bank details (refunds cannot be issued by mail/cheque). Refunds are made to your original payment method, minus any deduction for missing parts or signs of wear where applicable.
Return shipping costs
The buyer is responsible for return shipping and any associated costs.
Exception: if you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at office@outryght.com in these cases, return shipping is on us.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or color, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.
Delivery
Orders are shipped via DPD. Shipping costs depend on the order total and destination country and will be shown at checkout.
Warranty
Statutory warranty rights under Austrian law apply to all purchases. Please report any obvious transport, material, or manufacturing defects as soon as possible. Normal wear and tear, and intentional "vintage" style effects, are not covered.
